标题:How to Write a Professional Business Email
正文:
As business professionals, writing effective and professional emails is crucial for successful communication. Whether you are contacting clients, colleagues, or superiors, it is important to convey your message clearly and professionally. Here are some tips on how to write a professional business email.
1. Use a clear and concise subject line: The subject line should summarize the content of your email and make it clear to the recipient what the email is about. This helps the recipient prioritize and organize their emails efficiently.
2. Start with a formal greeting: Begin your email with a formal greeting, such as "Dear Mr./Ms./Dr." followed by the recipient's last name. If you are unsure of the recipient's gender or title, use "Dear" followed by their full name.
3. Be concise and to the point: Business emails should be concise and focused. State your purpose clearly in the opening paragraph and provide any necessary details in subsequent paragraphs. Avoid lengthy explanations or unnecessary information that may confuse the reader.
4. Use a professional tone: Maintain a professional tone throughout the email. Avoid using slang, emoticons, or abbreviations that may be unclear or unprofessional. Use proper grammar and punctuation, and proofread your email for any errors before sending.
5. Use bullet points or numbered lists: When presenting information or listing items, consider using bullet points or numbered lists. This helps to organize the content and makes it easier for the reader to follow.
6. Use a polite and respectful tone: Always be polite and respectful in your email. Use phrases like "please" and "thank you" when appropriate. Avoid using demanding or aggressive language, as it may create a negative impression.
7. Use a professional closing: End your email with a professional closing, such as "Sincerely" or "Best regards," followed by your full name and contact information. This provides a proper ending to the email and allows the recipient to easily respond if necessary.
8. Proofread before sending: Before sending your email, take the time to proofread it for any spelling or grammatical errors. Read through the email carefully to ensure that it is clear, concise, and professional.
By following these tips, you can improve your business email writing skills and effectively communicate with your colleagues, clients, and superiors. Remember to always maintain a professional tone and be clear and concise in your communication. Good luck!

A comparison of ERS and Worldwide Relocation
Introduction
The aim of this report is to assess which of the two companies, ERS or Worldwide Relocation would be the most suitable for the relocation of Fenway employees and their families from Seattle to Dublin.
Findings
Both ERS or Worldwide Relocation offer an accommodation and school search services. Both companies can organize visas and work permits. In addition to these basic services, ERS also offers removal and shipping assistance whereas Worldwide Relocation offers an integration programme and assistance with partner employment. The latter is a key requirement for Fenway.
Conclusion
It was concluded that both companies go some way to fulfilling Fenway’s needs, but neither meets all its needs.
Recommendation
We would recommend that Worldwide Relocations to be chosen to facilitate the relocation process as its services match Fenway’s requirements more closely than ERS’ do.

Dear Mr. Slater
I am writing to say that, after having visited the site, my company is very interested in renting the office premises at 4 place Jean Moulin. However, I would be very grateful if you could give me some further information.
Firstly, would it be possible for you to tell me which companies share the site?
Could you also tell me how many floors there are in the building in total? We are only interested in renting a single floor of the building. Would this be possible?
You say the property is near two metro st
ations. Please can you tell me which they are? I would also like to know where the additional surface car-parking is exactly.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely
