闷热的天气英语日记 篇一

July 20th, 20xx

Dear Diary,

Today has been another scorching day, with the relentless heat making it almost unbearable. The sun has been blazing down on us, leaving no respite from the sweltering temperatures.

As I stepped out of my house this morning, the heat hit me like a wave. The air was thick and heavy, making it difficult to breathe. It felt as if I was walking into an oven. I immediately regretted not bringing an umbrella or a hat to shield myself from the scorching rays. The sweat started pouring down my face, drenching my clothes within minutes.

The streets were almost empty, with most people seeking refuge indoors or in shaded areas. Even the birds seemed to have retreated to find shelter from the oppressive heat. The few brave souls who ventured outside were walking at an agonizingly slow pace, their faces red and glistening with sweat.

I decided to head to the local park, hoping that the trees and the shade would offer some relief. However, even the park seemed deserted, as people had probably assumed it would be cooler indoors. The grass was dry and brittle, crunching beneath my feet as I made my way to a shaded bench. I sat there for a while, trying to catch my breath and cool down.

The heat seemed to have sucked the life out of everything. The usually vibrant flowers had wilted, their petals drooping sadly. The normally lively park was eerily quiet, with no children playing or dogs running around. It was as if the entire world had come to a standstill under the scorching sun.

After spending some time at the park, I made my way back home. The walk back felt even more arduous than before, as the heat seemed to have intensified. I couldn't wait to reach the comfort of my air-conditioned home and escape the relentless heat.

As I write this, the sun is beginning to set, providing some respite from the stifling heat. The cool breeze that accompanies the evening is a welcome relief after a day spent in the sweltering temperatures. I can only hope that tomorrow brings some relief from this oppressive heatwave.

Until then, I will stay indoors, sipping on cold drinks and dreaming of cooler days.

Yours,

闷热的天气英语日记 篇二

July 21st, 20xx

Dear Diary,

Once again, the scorching heat has taken over the day, making it feel like an endless summer. The temperatures have been soaring, leaving no escape from the oppressive weather.

The heat seems to have affected everyone's mood, as people are more irritable and short-tempered. It's understandable though, as the relentless sun drains our energy and leaves us feeling exhausted. Even the nights offer no relief, with the heat lingering in the air and making it difficult to sleep.

As I walked to the nearest grocery store today, I couldn't help but notice how everyone seemed to be in a hurry. People were rushing to complete their errands as quickly as possible, hoping to minimize their exposure to the hot weather. The streets were filled with honking cars and impatient pedestrians, all eager to escape the heat and find solace in the coolness of their homes.

At the grocery store, the air conditioning was a welcome relief. I found myself lingering in the aisles, taking my time to choose the items on my shopping list. It was comforting to be surrounded by the cool air and the sound of humming refrigerators. I couldn't help but feel sorry for the workers, who had to endure the heat outside, delivering groceries and assisting customers.

After finishing my errands, I decided to treat myself to an ice cream. As I savored the sweet, cold treat, I could feel the heat slowly dissipating from my body. It was a momentary respite from the oppressive weather, a small indulgence that brought some relief.

Back at home, I spent the rest of the day indoors, seeking shelter from the relentless heat. I immersed myself in books and movies, trying to distract myself from the uncomfortable temperatures outside. The sound of the air conditioner provided a soothing background noise, and I could feel myself slowly relaxing and forgetting about the scorching sun.

As the day comes to an end, I can only hope that tomorrow will bring some relief from this unbearable weather. Until then, I will stay inside, trying to stay cool and dreaming of cooler days.

Yours,

[Your Name]

闷热的天气英语日记

  今天的'天气真是闷热,让我觉得好难受!回家一出电梯门,走

廊上全是水,墙壁上就像我跑步一样冒了很多汗。真希望这种天气赶快消失,那样我的心情也会好起来的。

Today's weather is really sultry, which makes me feel bad! When I got out of the elevator door, the corridor was full of water, and the walls were sweating like I was running. I wish this kind of weather would disappear soon, then my mood would be better.
