Dear Diary,
Today was a really exciting day! I had my first English class at school, and I was so nervous but also very excited to learn a new language. My teacher, Miss Johnson, is really nice and she speaks English fluently. She told us that learning English is like unlocking a door to the world, and I couldn't agree more.
In our English class, we learned some basic greetings and introductions. We practiced saying "Hello" and "Goodbye" to each other, and it was a lot of fun. Miss Johnson also taught us how to introduce ourselves. I stood up and said, "Hello, my name is Lily. Nice to meet you all!" Everyone clapped and smiled at me, and I felt really proud of myself.
After the introductions, we learned some new vocabulary words. Miss Johnson showed us flashcards with pictures and asked us to say the words in English. It was a bit challenging at first, but with practice, I started to remember the words. We learned words like "cat," "dog," "tree," and "book." I even drew some pictures in my notebook to help me remember the words better.
At the end of the class, Miss Johnson gave us a homework assignment. We have to write a short paragraph about our favorite animal in English. I immediately knew I wanted to write about pandas because they are so cute and cuddly. I can't wait to work on my homework tonight!
Overall, my first English class was a great experience. I am excited to continue learning and improving my English skills. I know it will take time and practice, but I am determined to become fluent in English. I believe that learning a new language will open up many opportunities for me in the future. I can't wait to see what the next English class has in store for me!

Dear Diary,
Today was a challenging but rewarding day in my English class. We started off by reviewing what we learned in the previous lesson, and then Miss Johnson introduced us to a new grammar concept - tenses. Tenses are quite tricky, but I am determined to understand and master them.
Miss Johnson explained that there are three main tenses in English: past, present, and future. She taught us how to form sentences using each tense and gave us examples to practice. It was a bit overwhelming at first, but as I listened and repeated the sentences, I started to get the hang of it.
After learning about tenses, we moved on to practicing our listening and speaking skills. Miss Johnson played an audio recording of a conversation between two native English speakers. We had to listen carefully and answer questions about the conversation. It was challenging because they spoke quickly, but I managed to understand most of it.
Next, we played a speaking game called "Guess the Word." Miss Johnson wrote a word on the board, and we had to describe it to our classmates without saying the word itself. It was a fun way to practice our vocabulary and speaking skills. I had to think quickly and find the right words to describe the word on the board.
At the end of the class, Miss Johnson assigned us a group project. We have to prepare a short presentation about a famous English-speaking country. I am excited to work with my classmates and learn more about different cultures. I think it will be a great opportunity to practice my speaking and presentation skills.
Although today's class was challenging, I feel proud of myself for pushing through and not giving up. Learning a new language is not easy, but I am determined to keep improving. I know that with practice and perseverance, I will become fluent in English one day. I can't wait to see what the next English class has in store for me!

今天我打算让妈妈教我泡妹妹喝的牛奶。妈妈先叫我小心地把开水倒进奶瓶，我打开开水瓶的盖子，把水瓶里的.水往奶瓶里倒，结果水倒得太多了，满出来的水烫得我的手疼得都不想泡了，妈妈在后面大笑：“妹妹一般只喝60亳升呀!”接下来，妈妈把水倒掉，又叫我试一次，这回我更加认真，不能再出
Today, I'm going to let my mother teach me how to make milk for my sister. My mother told me to carefully pour the boiling water into the bottle first. I opened the lid of the bottle and poured the water into the bottle. As a result, there was too much water poured into the bottle. The full water was so hot that I didn't want to soak it. My mother laughed at the back: "my sister usually only drinks 60 ml!" next, my mother poured the water out and asked me to try again. This time, I was more serious and could not make any mistakes I carefully poured out the water bit by bit, just rising to the 70 mark line. I asked my mother strangely, "how can I get to 70?" my mother replied with a smile: "you forget, there is still a little water in the bottle before pouring the water!" I couldn't help laughing. Then, it's time to pour the milk powder. I immediately opened the milk powder cover, put two flat scoops of milk powder into the milk bottle according to what my mother told me before. Finally, I tightened the cover, shook the milk bottle, and finally a cup of milk was ready.
妈妈夸我长大了，看着妹妹喝着我为她泡的牛奶，开心地笑了。
