My Weekend Trip to the Zoo
Last weekend, my family and I went on a fun trip to the zoo. I was so excited because I had never been to a zoo before. We woke up early in the morning and packed some snacks for the day.
When we arrived at the zoo, I couldn't contain my excitement. There were so many different animals to see! We started by visiting the elephants. They were enormous and had long trunks. I learned that elephants are the largest land animals in the world. It was fascinating to watch them eat and play in their enclosure.
Next, we went to see the giraffes. They had really long necks and spots all over their bodies. I couldn't believe how tall they were! We even got to feed them some leaves. It was such a unique experience. I also saw lions, tigers, zebras, and many other animals that day.
One of my favorite parts of the zoo was the penguin exhibit. Penguins are my favorite animals because they are so cute and funny. I loved watching them waddle and swim in the water. They seemed to be having so much fun!
After a few hours of exploring, we decided to take a break and have a picnic. We sat on a grassy patch and enjoyed our sandwiches and fruits. It was a nice break before continuing our zoo adventure.
As the day came to an end, I felt a mix of happiness and tiredness. I had seen so many incredible animals and learned a lot about them. It was definitely a day to remember. I can't wait to go back to the zoo again someday.

My First Day of School
Today was my first day of school, and I was both nervous and excited. I woke up early and put on my new school uniform. It felt strange to wear something different from my usual clothes, but I also felt proud.
When I arrived at school, I saw many other students who were also starting their first day. We all gathered in the playground, and the teacher introduced herself. Her name is Miss Johnson, and she seems very nice. She welcomed us and told us that we were going to have a fun day of getting to know each other and learning new things.
We started by playing some icebreaker games. We had to introduce ourselves and share something interesting about ourselves. I was a bit shy at first, but everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I shared that I love playing soccer and reading books.
After the games, we went to our classroom. It was bright and colorful, with posters and books all around. Miss Johnson explained the daily routine and showed us where to find our desks and supplies. I was happy to see that my best friend, Sarah, was in the same class as me. We sat together and chatted excitedly.
Throughout the day, we had different lessons like math, English, and science. Miss Johnson made each lesson interactive and fun. We played games to learn new words and solved puzzles to practice math problems. I enjoyed every moment of it.
During lunchtime, I sat with Sarah and some new friends. We shared our food and talked about our favorite cartoons and hobbies. It was a great way to get to know each other better.
As the school day came to an end, I felt a sense of accomplishment. I survived my first day of school! I am looking forward to the rest of the school year and all the new things I will learn.

I get up at six o'clock every day. After I wash my face and brush my teeth， I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o'clock.
After school is over， I return home. We usually have supper at seven o'clock.Then I begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before I go to bed.
