Hello everyone,
My name is Emily and I am so excited to be your English teacher this year! I have been teaching English to young learners for over five years and I absolutely love it. Seeing my students grow and improve their language skills brings me so much joy and fulfillment.
I graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Bachelor's degree in English Education. During my time there, I had the opportunity to study various teaching methods and strategies specifically designed for young learners. This has helped me develop a strong foundation in teaching English as a second language to primary school students.
In my classroom, I believe in creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable to express themselves and take risks in their language learning journey. I strive to make my lessons interactive and fun, incorporating games, songs, and hands-on activities to keep my students motivated and excited about learning English.
One of my main goals as a teacher is to foster a love for the English language and culture in my students. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures. I also enjoy reading books, playing the piano, and spending time with my family and friends.
