My name is Amy and I am 9 years old. I am excited to have the opportunity to introduce myself to all of you today. I am currently studying in Grade 4 at ABC Elementary School.
I have a loving family that consists of my parents, my younger brother, and me. My father works as a teacher and my mother is a nurse. They always support me and encourage me to do my best in everything I do. My brother is my best friend and we have so much fun playing together.
I have many hobbies and interests. One of my favorite hobbies is reading. I love to read all kinds of books, especially adventure and mystery stories. Reading not only helps me to improve my English skills, but also expands my imagination and creativity. I also enjoy playing the piano. I have been taking piano lessons for two years and I feel proud whenever I perform in front of others. It gives me a sense of accomplishment and joy.
In school, my favorite subject is English. I find it fascinating to learn new words, grammar rules, and practice speaking. I enjoy participating in English competitions and have won a few prizes. Apart from English, I also love mathematics. Solving math problems makes me feel like a detective trying to find the right solution.
When it comes to sports, I am a big fan of swimming. I have been learning how to swim since I was six years old and I find it both relaxing and challenging. Swimming helps me to stay fit and healthy, and it is a great way to cool down during the hot summer months.
