Yesterday Once More
Yesterday once more, I went to visit my grandparents in the countryside. It was a beautiful sunny day, and I could feel the warmth of the sun on my face as I walked down the familiar path to their house.
As I entered their house, I was greeted with the smell of freshly baked bread. My grandma was in the kitchen, rolling out dough and preparing dinner. The familiar scent instantly brought back memories of my childhood, when I used to help her in the kitchen.
After dinner, my grandpa and I sat on the front porch, enjoying the peacefulness of the countryside. He began to tell me stories of his youth, and I listened intently, captivated by his words. I could see the twinkle in his eyes as he reminisced about the past.
We then took a walk around their vegetable garden. I watched as my grandpa tended to his plants with love and care. He taught me about the different types of vegetables and how to take care of them. It was a valuable lesson in responsibility and patience.
As the sun started to set, we sat outside and watched the stars appear one by one in the night sky. My grandpa pointed out different constellations and shared interesting facts about them. It was a magical moment, feeling so small yet connected to the vast universe.
Before I left, my grandma handed me a bag of freshly picked fruits and vegetables from their garden. I thanked them for their hospitality and promised to visit again soon.
Yesterday once more, I experienced the simple joy of spending time with my grandparents. The love and wisdom they shared with me will forever be cherished in my heart.

Yesterday Once More
Yesterday once more, I went on a trip to a historical museum. It was a fascinating experience, as I had the opportunity to learn about the rich history of our ancestors.
As I entered the museum, I was greeted by a magnificent display of artifacts from different time periods. Each exhibit was carefully curated, showcasing the art, culture, and technology of that era. I marveled at the craftsmanship and creativity of our ancestors.
I spent hours exploring the various exhibits, reading the descriptions, and studying the artifacts. It was like stepping back in time, as I imagined what life was like during those periods. I could almost hear the conversations and see the daily activities of the people who lived in those times.
One exhibit that particularly caught my attention was the ancient civilization of Egypt. The display of pyramids, mummies, and hieroglyphs fascinated me. I learned about their elaborate burial rituals, their belief in the afterlife, and their advanced knowledge in architecture and engineering.
Another exhibit that left a lasting impression on me was the Renaissance period. The paintings, sculptures, and inventions showcased the remarkable achievements of that time. I was inspired by the creativity and innovation of artists and inventors such as Leonardo da Vinci.
As I walked through the museum, I couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude towards those who came before us. Their contributions and sacrifices have shaped the world we live in today. It made me appreciate the opportunities and privileges I have, and reminded me of the importance of preserving our history.
Yesterday once more, I immersed myself in the past and gained a deeper understanding of our roots. The museum visit reminded me of the significance of our history and the importance of learning from it. It was a memorable experience that I will cherish for years to come.

“When I was young, I’d listen to the radio….” I heard a beautiful song called “Yesterday Once More”. I really want the past to come back like it does in the song.
When I was a little girl, I was very happy. I could watch TV. Every day, I watched cartoons. They were very interesting. I could play many games with my friends. We often flew kites and climbed the hills. I also could cry loudly and laugh happily. Life was free and easy. I didn’t worry about my lessons and there was nothing unpleasant.
But they have all gone. Now I’m in Grade Three. I have lots of trouble. I have a lot of homework to do. I have no time to play or watch TV! I have to spend a lot of time on subjects. I must try my best to study well. I really feel very tired. I want to sleep all day, but I know that no pains, no gains.
“It’s yesterday once more. Looking back, every sha la, la, la, every wo, wo, still shines….”
